The crispy whole seabass with sweet, sour and spicy sauce was a real highlight: crunchy on the outside, juicy inside and perfectly seasoned. The stir-fried chicken with dried chili and cashew nuts had great flavor and a pleasant kick. The lamb massaman curry had a delicious sauce, but the meat itself was a little dry, which is the only reason it's not a full five stars. The coconut ice cream was a fresh, lovely way to finish. The traditional Thai show deserves a special mention. It gave the evening a wonderful, authentic atmosphere. We paired dinner with an excellent Savigny-lès-Beaune red, which went beautifully with the food. Service was top-notch: attentive, friendly and professional without ever being intrusive.
